There’s never a bad time to have a massage but when you’re pregnant or have a young child it can be particularly beneficial. This is a time which can put unusual stresses and strains on the body and also a time when some extra support can be really helpful. I have a specialist qualification in pregnancy and post natal massage and will work with you to address any specific pain problems which you’re having, within a treatment which is deeply nurturing and supportive.
Most of the treatment will be done with you lying on your side, supported by pillows, which is safe and comfortable throughout pregnancy.
Client comments:
“I came to Sarah with completely debilitating post natal sciatica after a flare up of post natal pelvic girdle pain that lasted my whole pregnancy. Within two days after seeing Sarah I felt almost entirely back to normal – pretty incredible after a month of being barely able to walk or pick up my baby. I would wholeheartedly recommend her treatments to anyone recovering from anything birth or baby related – or better yet, get in while you’re still pregnant!” SA
“I have had regular treatments with Sarah throughout my whole pregnancy and she has really helped ease the pain I was having in my hips, back, neck and feet. Sarah has helped me massively, getting me out of pain and after each session I have a much needed great night’s sleep. I have felt very safe in her hands and will continue to have more massages after our baby arrives. ” TH
